Mexican Land for Work Program

This country was built with cheap immigrant labor, which has helped to keep labor costs down with the added benefit of weakening labor unions. However, Anglo Americans have always preferred Anglo-European immigrants to non-Anglo immigrants; English speakers to Spanish speakers; the educated to the uneducated (except for actual Americans); and the wealthy to the poor.

Recognizing these facts, and the fact that we need cheap immigrant labor, Senator Sky Damon's immigration plan provides that the bottom two or three tiers of states (roughly the old Confederacy) would be ceded to Mexico in exchange for an equal amount of Mexican coast land (approximately 770,425 sq. miles).

This plan would enable Mexicans to work in U.S. factories, factory farms, and meat processing plants, and return home at night to their families in Mexico. An added benefit would be that Americans could retire in a nice, warm, coastal climate.
